Jen Fox wears many hats in the entertainment industry.  She is often found backstage in her production office putting out fires with calm deliberation at some of Canada’s largest Music Festivals.

Her industry knowledge has landed her in senior roles where she has created and overseen production, business development, partnerships, and stakeholder management. Her commitment to excellence and her innate understanding of the ins and outs of the industry makes her an asset on any project.

Her leadership and expertise have lead to the successful execution of many events including Just for Laughs, TIFF, Pemberton Music Festival, the JUNOs, Pan-Am Games, Live Nation, and Toronto Festival of Beer. In addition to her project-based work, Fox has consulted for companies like Soho House Toronto, Rogers Hometown Hockey, Blackbox Communications, Eggplant Entertainment, and Durham College as a professor in the Music Business Management program.

In 2016, Fox joined the NXNE team in the capacity as the logistics manger, and sky rocketed into her current role of Operations Director. Throughout her tenure at NXNE Jen has strived for a diverse lineup by programming artists like Chvrches, Santigold, Lights, Big Freedia, and Lizzo.
